Unable to Buy Games on PSN or Extend PS+

Solution needed - persistent PSN error prevents me from ownership games or extending my PS Plus members.

"We've encountered an error while processing your guild. Your transaction has not been completed. Please try over again after."

I tin can't purchase annihilation without getting this fault, whether I'1000 on the PS4 itself, the phone app, the browser store, etc... Tried in the forenoon before work. Error. Tried at dejeuner. Mistake. Tried later on work. Error. Tried at four:thirty in the morning when I was up with our half dozen-week old...Error.

I tried two separate credit cards, both of which work with every other store out there - Steam, Xbox Live, BestBuy, etc... and get this fault message. I tried switching to PayPal - got it to piece of work once by using the browser store and bought NHL eighteen that way a couple weeks agone. That payment method won't work anymore.

Sony back up was nix help. I searched the issue and tried all kinds of 'this might piece of work' remedies from around the Internet, including waiting 24/48/72 hours betwixt attempts, trying different browsers, and even trying different network providers.

My PS Plus ran out because I couldn't extend information technology. I could accept gone to buy a carte du jour at the store, but what's the point of having it if I can't buy games? I'm not willing to load up my wallet using cards but for the privilege of giving them money, I can buy games on other platforms instead - where my credit cards/PayPal business relationship piece of work as payment - and I don't have to carry an excess remainder waiting for the side by side purchase.

Obviously this happens when Sony's address verification fails.

Yous should await 24 hours before trying again.

Besides it's just easier to purchase PSN cards off Amazon/GameStop/Best Purchase/wherever.

Last time it happened for me, my billing address was not the same as the one attached to my credit card.
Information technology was something similar a word non commencement by a majuscule letter or a space that was non in my CC address.
PSN is not the only place that did that to me though.

Have you tried correcting that ?
Make certain you lot don't try more than 5 times per day. At that place is a silent "ban" that is not announced anywhere and forbid you lot to retry before 48h at least.

As I said in the original post - I've waited 24 hours. I've as well waited 48 hours and 72 hours...didn't thing.

The CC info is all right. PayPal is as well, and PayPal doesn't pass up charges for Anything.

Why should I accept to jump through hoops to spend money in their shop? My payment options work everywhere else...why shouldn't they ready their shit?

I did that, they had no respond. Terrible customer service too, basically a "Null shows equally a problem with your account from this end. Is at that place anything else?" and no willingness to look into it any further.

If it was just me, I could see beingness that dismissive. There's a lot of us out at that place who can't utilize credit cards/paypal for some reason.

Did you get an error code with the bulletin by take chances?Likewise, have yous simply tried on a PS4 or accept you also attempted it with the site and/or mobile app? I need to learn to read the whole OP...

Fifty-fifty when the address in the account and address on the menu are the aforementioned, this can sometimes happen when Sony can't process your address. It can happen when you've moved into a new apartment or home in a newly built building/housing community or another property that doesn't take public access (recall places that Google cars can't map for example).

No error code. That was the issue for Sony support too. If there's no error code for them to cheque their FAQ for, they're screwed.

No, this problem exists since way earlier that. And is not related to the platform used to access the shop, when that problem appears the account afflicted cannot buy annihilation directly from PSN. I believe that this is a glitch in their transaction system.

I have 2 cards and I have never once been able to buy anything on PSN with them. I tin apply them on whatever other site just fine. I've ever had to go to amazon and buy cards and then enter the number in. It's super fucking irritating at this point and information technology stops me from ownership games sometimes considering I merely tin't be bothered.
